Licensing

The permissions NexliPay actually holds, where to verify them, and what they deliberately do not cover.

Draft — not yet legal advice

This document is a working draft written to give a qualified lawyer a strong starting point. Every highlighted value is a fact only NexliPay can supply — entity name, jurisdiction, registration and licence numbers, addresses, named contacts. Do not publish this page until a solicitor licensed in your operating jurisdiction has reviewed it and every placeholder is filled with a true value.

02Permissions we hold

List only permissions actually granted, with the regulator and reference number, so anyone can verify them on the public register. Remove any row that does not yet apply rather than leaving it aspirational.

03Card scheme registrations

Where a scheme requires orchestration providers to register as a third-party agent or payment facilitator, our registrations are recorded here: SCHEME REGISTRATIONS. Sponsorship, where applicable, is provided by SPONSOR BANK OR ACQUIRER.

04What these permissions do not cover

Being clear about the boundary protects you as much as your customers, and it is what an acquirer’s review is looking for.

  • We are not a bank and do not take deposits. Balances shown in the dashboard reflect funds held at your processors, not with us.
  • Unless a specific permission above says otherwise, we do not hold or safeguard client funds. Settlement flows from your processors to your own bank accounts.
  • We are not the merchant of record for your sales. Your processor agreements and chargeback liability remain yours.
  • We do not provide investment, tax or legal advice.
  • Permissions held in one jurisdiction do not automatically extend to another. Coverage outside JURISDICTION is limited to PASSPORTED OR ADDITIONAL JURISDICTIONS.

05Complaints

Write to complaints@nexlipay.com. We acknowledge within ACK PERIOD and give a final response within FINAL RESPONSE PERIOD. If you are unhappy with the outcome and are eligible, you may refer the matter to OMBUDSMAN OR DISPUTE BODY at OMBUDSMAN CONTACT.

06Verifying our status

Do not take our word for it. Search the reference numbers above on PUBLIC REGISTER URL. If anything on this page does not match the register, the register is correct — please tell us at compliance@nexlipay.com.
