What the figures, screens and logos on this site do and do not represent.

Draft — not yet legal advice

This document is a working draft written to give a qualified lawyer a strong starting point. Every highlighted value is a fact only NexliPay can supply — entity name, jurisdiction, registration and licence numbers, addresses, named contacts. Do not publish this page until a solicitor licensed in your operating jurisdiction has reviewed it and every placeholder is filled with a true value.

01No guaranteed outcomes

Approval-rate uplift, failover speed and settlement timing depend on your processors, your card mix, your customers’ issuers and your own business. Any figure quoted on this site describes what orchestration can do in favourable conditions. It is not a forecast of your results and not a contractual commitment.

02Illustrative figures and product screens

Dashboard screens, transaction feeds, charts and account names shown across this site are illustrations of the product interface. Unless a figure is explicitly labelled as verified, treat the numbers in them as sample data.

Where a screenshot shows a real merchant account, it is published with that merchant’s permission and identifying details are removed. Historical figures do not predict future performance.

03No professional advice

Nothing on this site is legal, regulatory, tax, accounting or investment advice. Our compliance pages describe our own controls; they are not an assessment of your obligations. Take advice from a professional qualified in your jurisdiction before acting.

04Third-party marks

Stripe, PayPal, Shopify, Adyen, Square, Klarna, Wise, Revolut, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay are trademarks of their respective owners. Their marks appear on this site solely to identify processors and networks NexliPay can route to. Their use does not imply partnership, sponsorship, endorsement or certification by those companies unless we say so explicitly and name the programme.

05Third-party services

Your relationship with each processor is governed by your agreement with them. Their decisions on underwriting, holds, reserves, freezes and terminations are theirs alone. NexliPay cannot overrule them and is not liable for them.

06External links

Links to external sites are provided for convenience. We do not control and do not endorse their content, security or privacy practices.

07Availability

NexliPay is offered in AVAILABLE JURISDICTIONS and is not directed at anyone in a jurisdiction where doing so would breach local law. Uptime targets published on this site are objectives, not warranties; contractual availability commitments live in your service agreement.
