NexliPay

Payment orchestration without the grey area

Most merchants run more than one processor account and route between them by hand — or not at all. NexliPay scores every transaction and sends it to the account most likely to approve it, retries through a healthy account when one declines, and reconciles the whole thing back into a single view.

There is a version of this business that makes far more money, far faster: recruit people with clean processor accounts, run other companies’ volume through them, and pay a cut. It is called transaction laundering, it is banned by every card network, and it ends with the account owner carrying the liability. We are not building that.

Draft — not yet legal advice

This document is a working draft written to give a qualified lawyer a strong starting point. Every highlighted value is a fact only NexliPay can supply — entity name, jurisdiction, registration and licence numbers, addresses, named contacts. Do not publish this page until a solicitor licensed in your operating jurisdiction has reviewed it and every placeholder is filled with a true value.

What we hold to

Your account, your name

Merchants keep ownership, underwriting and logins. We hold scoped, revocable routing permissions and nothing else. If we ever needed you to hand over an account to make the product work, the product would be wrong.

One merchant per account

We route your transactions to accounts you own. We do not put one business's volume through another's account, and we won't help anyone else do it. That rules out a large and profitable corner of this market, deliberately.

Claims you can check

Licence numbers you can search on a public register. Figures labelled as illustrative when they are. No borrowed screenshots presented as our own product.

Boring where it counts

Routing should be invisible. The interesting parts of a payments business are the ones nobody notices: reconciliation that ties out, failover that fires in milliseconds, and reports that survive an audit.
